This innovation project was requested by the Spanish real estate developer Vía Célere. The objective was to allow the owners to have at their fingertips and at a click the management of all the services that Vía Célere offers in their urbanizations. From the reservation of the sports courts, through meeting rooms, game rooms and also movie theaters.
The Challenge
The main challenge of this project was to devise a single reservation system that would allow managing any type of service offered by Vía Célere. A system that will be clear, simple and user friendly.The design process was based on analyzing the possible doubts and blockages that the user usually finds in this type of applications. With the resulting information, design thinking dynamics were created that served to allow the definition of alternatives based on creativity and the generation of new ideas. One of the innovation elements that were included in this project was the communication with Alexa. All the services you can manage with the app can be ordered directly from Alexa as well. In this way the main objective of the client is fulfilled, which was to generate a process that was even fun for the user.
